Office 365 is MavMAIL plus a collection of Microsoft apps and cloud-based services, allowing users to access a catalog of software using any web browser on virtually any device as long as an internet connection is available. There are no installations, no updates, and nothing required from the user other than logging into the service. Office 365 also gives students, staff, and faculty access to OneDrive, a personal online storage system with 5TB of space.

Students, faculty and staff at MSU, Mankato may also download Microsoft Office 2016 FREE onto their personally-owned laptops/desktops, and save their Office files to their Office 365 OneDrive online storage drive. Visit the student software page for more details.

MinnState Unified Tenant Migration

December 17th, 2018 MSU's Office 365 environment will be migrated to MinnState's Unified Tenant environment.  This will impact everyone with a changed login and some visual changes once this migration is complete. Below is information about the change and updates will be posted here leading up to the migration in December.
